Summer is upon us and so is vacation time. To ensure that your support requests are being responded to in a timely fashion, we urge you to use our contact forms located on the contact us section of our website (www.inyerface.com). Your Account Manager will still be available to answer any questions regarding your website and functionality; ongoing support should be handled by our support team, available 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
You can expect response times of 60 minutes or less for questions regarding your website, cPanel, and Webmail including forgot passwords. Below are examples of some of the questions you would ask our website support team:
- I cannot seem to login to my cPanel account. Can you show me how to retrieve it?
- How do I manage my website pages? I'm not sure I know how to add images or hyperlinks.
- How do I access the Newsletter Module?
NOTE: Our billing team is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. All billing inquiries will be handled within 48 hours.
