COMING: Live Chat Support
We understand that speaking to a human being can save business owners a lot of time. We want to accommodate you as best as we can and will be introducing a Live Chat option in the next week or two. Live Chat support will be available between 9-5pm, Mon-Fri and if all goes well we will be running it 24/7 beginning February 1st, 2011. We hope that this add-on will help you get answers more quickly and save you lots of time.
Email support (via support tickets) will continue to be available to you. We offer a 30 minute response time on all support ticket requests.
Network Upgrade Completed Successfully
We completed the final steps of our network upgrade at the end of October. This was the last part of the 3-step process to help enhance performance, uptime, and virtually eliminate down time. The follow items are now in place:
- Load balancers are setup across multiple servers ensuring that we are utilizing minimal resources, minimizing response time, and avoiding overload.
- Regular vulnerability scans are being performed, and we are monitoring firewalls & suspicious traffic patterns 24/7, ensuring the safety of your data and uptime.
- We are monitoring our systems minute-by-minute to get information on disk space, CPU usage, and security threats that may occur. We will alert you or take care of the problem once it is reported.
