COMING: Live Chat Support
We understand that speaking to a human being can save business owners a lot of time. We want to accommodate you as best as we can and will be introducing a Live Chat option in the next week or two. Live Chat support will be available between 9-5pm, Mon-Fri and if all goes well we will be running it 24/7 beginning February 1st, 2011. We hope that this add-on will help you get answers more quickly and save you lots of time.
Email support (via support tickets) will continue to be available to you. We offer a 30 minute response time on all support ticket requests.

Summer is upon us and so is vacation time. To ensure that your support requests are being responded to in a timely fashion, we urge you to use our contact forms located on the contact us section of our website (www.inyerface.com). Your Account Manager will still be available to answer any questions regarding your website and functionality; ongoing support should be handled by our support team, available 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
You can expect response times of 60 minutes or less for questions regarding your website, cPanel, and Webmail including forgot passwords. Below are examples of some of the questions you would ask our website support team:
